Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor of Credit Card Sales to lead and inspire a high‑performing sales team within our banking operations. This pivotal role reports to senior management and is responsible for driving acquisition targets, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will operate in a fast‑paced, mobile environment, balancing strategic planning with hands‑on coaching to achieve both short‑term sales goals and long‑term growth objectives.

The position is full‑time, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and offers a competitive compensation package, performance‑based incentives, and clear career progression within a reputable financial institution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, direct, and supervise a team of credit‑card sales representatives to consistently meet or exceed acquisition targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including market segmentation, outreach campaigns, and partnership initiatives with corporate clients.
  • Monitor daily sales activities across field and digital channels, using CRM dashboards to track performance metrics and identify improvement areas.
  • Provide regular coaching, training sessions, and performance evaluations to enhance team skills in negotiation, product knowledge, and customer service.
  • Ensure all credit‑card applications comply with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements (BI Checking / SLIK OJK).
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments—risk, compliance, underwriting—and external bank partners to streamline the application and approval process.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports, including pipeline analysis, conversion rates, and forecasted sales to senior management.
  • Foster a disciplined, motivated, and productive work culture by recognizing achievements, addressing challenges, and promoting continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory changes to adapt sales tactics and maintain market relevance.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in credit‑card sales, with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication, and persuasive negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Existing network or experience in acquiring high‑value customers is a distinct advantage.
  • Clean credit history confirmed through BI Checking / SLIK OJK.
  • Willingness to work mobile/field‑based, engaging directly with clients and partners.
