Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor of Human Resources to lead our HR operations in the vibrant island of Bali. Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and organize all corporate and HR documentation using standardized templates, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for audits.
- Conduct comprehensive performance reviews, both administrative and practical, providing constructive feedback and identifying development opportunities.
- Oversee the end‑to‑end onboarding experience, including orientation sessions, cultural immersion (“Varnionisasi”), and integration of new hires into team structures.
- Create internal communications such as announcements, simple visual designs, and event invitations that reinforce brand identity and employee engagement.
- Lead recruitment partnership projects with educational institutions, disseminating job openings, coordinating campus events, and building talent pipelines.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute internal company events, team‑building activities, and cultural celebrations that foster a collaborative workplace.
- Supervise the HR team, providing clear direction, coaching, and technical advice on complex HR matters.
- Manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance reporting, in line with senior management directives.
- Monitor HR metrics and generate reports to support data‑driven decision making.
- Continuously improve HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and evolving labor regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as an HR Generalist or in a comparable HR role.
- Strong knowledge of employee administration, compensation & benefits, performance management, and Indonesian labor law.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms, preferably Mekari Talenta, and the ability to generate and analyze HR data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, empathy, and conflict‑resolution capabilities.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a small HR team while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00, and adapt to the fast‑paced environment of a growing company.
