Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Supervisor Outlet Marpoyan & Bakti to lead our kitchen crew at a fast‑growing restaurant chain. The successful candidate will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure food quality and safety, and drive team performance in both dine‑in and online delivery channels. Responsibilities
- Supervise all kitchen activities for both dine‑in service and online orders, adhering strictly to established SOPs.
- Maintain consistent taste, hygiene, and presentation standards across all menu items.
- Lead, coach, and schedule kitchen and service crew members, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture.
- Conduct regular stock counts (stock opname) and manage inventory to minimize waste and control costs.
- Monitor and control operational expenses, ensuring budgets are met while maintaining quality.
- Address customer complaints promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports covering sales, operational efficiency, and inventory status.
- Implement food safety protocols, with a focus on HACCP compliance, to guarantee a safe dining environment.
- Coordinate with procurement and management teams to streamline supply chain processes.
- Support menu development initiatives by providing feedback on feasibility, cost, and execution.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Kitchen Supervisor or in a comparable supervisory role.
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; further culinary or management training is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety standards, and HACCP principles.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in fast‑paced team settings.
- Detail‑oriented, disciplined, and capable of multitasking.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
