Introduction
PT. Prima Sales Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Supervisor Penjualan Regional to lead and expand our sales footprint across multiple provinces. This senior‑level role is designed for a motivated male professional who possesses a solid educational foundation (minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent) and a proven track record in sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, coaching a dedicated sales team, and ensuring that our products achieve maximum market penetration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies that align with corporate objectives and market opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, setting clear performance targets and conducting regular coaching sessions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business prospects and potential risks.
- Maintain and expand relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards for senior management review.
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and finance departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and promotional activities.
- Organize and participate in regional trade shows, product launches, and customer meetings to boost brand visibility.
- Implement and monitor compliance with company policies, including BPJS regulations and internal sales procedures.
- Identify training needs within the sales team and arrange workshops or on‑the‑job training to enhance selling skills.
- Provide regular feedback to product development teams based on field insights and customer demands.
Requirements
- Gender: Male (pria).
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; Diploma or S1 preferred.
- Work Experience: At least 0 years of experience in sales; proven experience in managing a sales team is highly valued.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates of any age who meet the other criteria are encouraged to apply.
- Key Skills: Strong sales development capability, excellent communication, leadership, analytical thinking, and proficiency in using CRM tools.
- Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional travel within the region.
