Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Team Leader Sales Promotor to manage and grow our sales footprint in the Gorontalo area. This role is pivotal for ensuring that our brand’s promotional activities are executed flawlessly, that our retail partners are fully supported, and that the sales team consistently exceeds its targets. The successful candidate will blend strong leadership with hands‑on field experience, fostering a high‑performance culture among a team of 15‑20 sales promoters.
Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and achieve weekly and monthly sales targets for the designated Gorontalo territory.
- Conduct daily store visits to build and maintain strong relationships with store PICs (person‑in‑charge), ensuring high levels of merchant satisfaction.
- Oversee the implementation of promotional programs, guaranteeing that POP (Point‑of‑Purchase) materials are correctly placed and displayed.
- Coordinate closely with partner operational teams to gather market intelligence on sales performance, competitor activities, and field challenges.
- Lead, coach, and schedule a team of 15‑20 sales promoters, providing clear direction and performance feedback.
- Monitor daily activities of promoters through reports, field audits, and performance dashboards.
- Design and deliver regular training sessions and refresher courses to keep the field team updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance standards.
- Analyze sales data and competitor insights to recommend strategic adjustments to promotional tactics.
- Prepare concise reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, gaps, and actionable recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and local labor laws throughout all field operations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, field promotion, or retail management.
- Strong analytical skills, especially in competitor analysis and sales performance tracking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; capable of building rapport with merchants and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing a team of 10+ field staff.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in using mobile reporting tools and basic MS Office applications.

- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional travel within the Gorontalo region.
