Responsibilities
- Perform routine and corrective electrical repairs on residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
- Carry out new electrical installations, including wiring, conduit placement, panel upgrades, and equipment hookup.
- Conduct thorough site assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Prepare detailed daily and weekly work reports for supervisors, documenting tasks completed, materials used, and any issues encountered.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain compliance with national electrical codes, safety regulations, and PT Silverindo’s internal standards.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and testing equipment to verify system performance and troubleshoot faults.
- Provide on‑site guidance and mentorship to junior technicians and apprentices.
- Participate in preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment lifespan and reduce downtime.
- Operate company vehicles responsibly for site travel, with safe driving practices considered a valuable asset.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Male candidates aged 25–35 years.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in electrical work; preferably 5–10 years for senior candidates.
- Proven ability to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems safely.
- Strong knowledge of electrical currents, power distribution, and design of installation layouts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for accurate reporting.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between Bitung and Tangerang.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward safety.
- Soft skills: teamwork, time management, adaptability, and customer‑focused service orientation.
