Introduction
PT. Delitua Network Solutions is seeking enthusiastic and technically‑adept individuals to join our growing team as WiFi Technicians. The role is based in the Petisah, Delitua, T. Morawa, L. Pakam and surrounding areas, where you will play a crucial part in expanding and maintaining high‑performance wireless and fiber‑optic networks for residential and commercial customers.

Responsibilities
- Pulling and routing Fiber Optic (FO) and Unshielded Twisted Pair (UTP) cables according to project specifications.
- Performing precise crimping of UTP connectors to ensure reliable network links.
- Installing, mounting, and configuring WiFi Access Points (AP) to deliver optimal coverage and bandwidth.
- Splicing and polishing fiber optic cables, followed by thorough testing with OTDR and power meters.
- Conducting site surveys, documenting cable routes, and updating as‑built drawings.
- Troubleshooting network issues, including signal loss, interference, and hardware failures, and providing timely resolutions.
- Adhering to safety protocols, especially when working at heights or in confined spaces.
- Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other field technicians to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintaining inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables, and reporting shortages promptly.
- Participating in regular team meetings, training sessions, and employee gatherings to foster a collaborative culture.
Requirements
- Male candidates, aged 18‑30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK/MA/Paket C or equivalent.
- Open to fresh graduates; no prior experience required, though any exposure to networking is a plus.
- Valid Indonesian Driver’s License (SIM C) and active BPJS Kesehatan/KIS membership (preferred).
- Willingness to be assigned to any work area on a rolling‑shift basis.
- Comfortable working at heights and in varied outdoor conditions.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a keen eye for detail in cable management.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and report progress clearly.
- Basic understanding of network concepts such as IP addressing, WiFi standards, and fiber‑optic transmission.
