We are seeking a dedicated Tenaga Pengajar Profesional to join our dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of high‑quality education for children in the Madiun region. Responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
- Deliver interactive classroom instruction for children aged 5‑12, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Assess student progress through observations, quizzes, and formative assessments, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and administrative staff to develop interdisciplinary projects and school events.
- Participate actively in the mandatory training program in Madiun (provided free of charge) to stay current with modern pedagogical techniques.
- Maintain accurate attendance records, lesson documentation, and performance reports in compliance with institutional policies.
- Support extracurricular activities, such as arts, sports, and community outreach programs, to enrich the overall student experience.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development, including workshops, seminars, and peer‑learning sessions.
- Uphold the school’s mission of fostering moral integrity, critical thinking, and social responsibility among students.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged between 25 and 30 years (both married and unmarried applicants are encouraged to apply).
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a teaching certificate or relevant diploma is a strong advantage.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on teaching experience, preferably in primary or elementary education.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
- Genuine enthusiasm for working with children and a strong commitment to their academic and emotional development.
- Willingness to attend and complete the free training program in Madiun.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Basic competency in educational technology and digital learning tools.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
