Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of therapeutic treatments including reflexology, full‑body massage, head massage, ear therapy, and facial toning (totok wajah).
- Deliver beauty services such as nail art, basic salon procedures, and skin‑care consultations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment that complies with hygiene standards and company protocols.
- Assess client needs through friendly conversation, recommend appropriate services, and create personalized treatment plans.
- Document each session accurately in the booking system, noting client feedback and any observations for follow‑up care.
- Participate actively in ongoing training sessions held in Yogyakarta, mastering new techniques and staying current with industry trends.
- Collaborate with fellow therapists, reception staff, and management to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Uphold the highest level of professionalism, punctuality, and confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 40 years old.
- Gender: Female candidates are preferred, though male applicants will also be considered.
- No prior experience is required; fresh graduates and career changers are welcome.
- Willingness to attend a free, intensive training program in Yogyakarta.
- Readiness to be placed in locations outside your current city, with full relocation support.
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to create a calming atmosphere for clients.
- Physical stamina to perform massage techniques for extended periods.
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
