The role offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, providing a balanced routine that allows you to develop professional skills while maintaining personal commitments. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, repeat them back for confirmation, and enter them into the POS system promptly.
- Communicate special dietary requests or allergies to the kitchen staff to ensure safe and satisfying meals.
- Serve dishes and drinks in a timely manner, adhering to proper plating and presentation standards.
- Monitor tables throughout the service, refill drinks, clear used dishes, and anticipate additional guest needs.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and host/hostess teams to coordinate smooth service flow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including setting up and resetting tables, polishing silverware, and ensuring the dining area meets hygiene standards.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and generate accurate bills, following the restaurant’s payment procedures.
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings, menu tastings, and ongoing training sessions to stay updated on new items, promotions, and service protocols.
Requirements
- Age: 18 – 25 years.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: All genders are welcome.
- Physical & mental fitness: Able to stand for long periods, carry trays, and maintain a positive attitude during busy periods.
- Personal attributes: Discipline, honesty, strong work ethic, and a polished appearance.
- Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑moving team environment.
- Communication skills: Clear verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
