Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, answer menu‑related questions, and recommend daily specials or pairings.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table setting, linen replacement, and waste disposal.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, promptly addressing any concerns or special requests.
  • Process payments accurately, issue receipts, and handle cash or electronic transactions in compliance with company policies.
  • Participate in regular briefings and training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, safety standards, and service protocols.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
  • Work collaboratively with teammates on shift rotations (1,3) and support peak‑hour operations.
  • Assist in inventory checks, restocking of condiments, and reporting of any equipment issues to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMK/D3/D4 or equivalent, preferably in hospitality or culinary arts.
  • Open to fresh graduates; prior experience in food and beverage service is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
  • Professional appearance, disciplined work ethic, and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Flexibility to work on a shift schedule, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
