Responsibilities

- Communicate special requests, dietary restrictions, and allergies clearly to kitchen staff.
- Serve dishes and drinks efficiently, ensuring presentation standards and temperature compliance.
- Monitor table conditions, refill drinks, and attend to additional guest needs throughout the dining experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including table settings, dining room floors, and service stations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties such as setting up the dining area, restocking supplies, and performing end‑of‑day cash reconciliation.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to ensure seamless service flow.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve minor complaints, and escalate complex issues to the floor manager when necessary.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 22 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Key Skills: Strong communication, basic food and beverage service knowledge, ability to work in a team, and a disciplined, responsible attitude.
- Availability: Work schedule Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
