Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus in a courteous manner.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, promptly entering them into the POS system.
  • Communicate special requests, dietary restrictions, and allergies clearly to kitchen staff.
  • Serve dishes and drinks efficiently, ensuring presentation standards and temperature compliance.
  • Monitor table conditions, refill drinks, and attend to additional guest needs throughout the dining experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including table settings, dining room floors, and service stations.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties such as setting up the dining area, restocking supplies, and performing end‑of‑day cash reconciliation.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to ensure seamless service flow.
  • Handle guest inquiries, resolve minor complaints, and escalate complex issues to the floor manager when necessary.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 22 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
  • Key Skills: Strong communication, basic food and beverage service knowledge, ability to work in a team, and a disciplined, responsible attitude.
  • Availability: Work schedule Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
  • Additional Qualities: Punctuality, a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
