Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our front‑of‑house team as Part‑Time Waiters. Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, present menus, and answer questions about dishes, specials, and beverage options.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, and ensure timely delivery to tables.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables, clearing used dishes, and resetting for the next guests.
- Handle point‑of‑sale (POS) transactions, process payments, and issue receipts while adhering to cash‑handling procedures.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow waitstaff to coordinate service flow and resolve any guest concerns.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience, promptly addressing any issues with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards, including proper food handling and personal hygiene practices.
- Participate in briefings and debriefings before and after shifts to stay updated on menu changes, promotions, and service standards.
- Assist in inventory checks for tableware, napkins, and condiments, notifying supervisors of low stock levels.
- Uphold the restaurant’s brand image by maintaining a neat appearance, wearing the prescribed uniform, and exhibiting courteous behavior at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: maximum 29 years old.

- Prior experience in food‑and‑beverage service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must not be currently enrolled in a college or university program.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Reliability in attending scheduled shifts (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Commitment to regular religious practice (Rajin Beribadah) as valued by the organization.
