Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly attitude.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, promptly communicate them to the kitchen and bar staff, and ensure any special requests are clearly noted.
- Serve dishes and drinks efficiently, checking back with guests to confirm satisfaction and address any additional needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables, polishing silverware, and ensuring all service stations are stocked.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS system entries with precision and honesty.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and fellow waitstaff to coordinate timing of courses and manage peak service periods.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling of utensils, plates, and glassware.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, such as restocking supplies, performing inventory checks, and preparing the dining floor for the next shift.
- Respond to guest feedback, resolve minor issues on the spot, and escalate larger concerns to the floor manager.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on menu changes, promotional items, and service best practices.
Requirements

- Age: 19 – 27 years old.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training.

- Team orientation: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a harmonious workplace.
- Mobility: Must be able to ride a motorbike for occasional deliveries or errands.

- Availability: Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
