Job Desc: Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot core business applications, including application servers, associated hardware, endpoints, and databases
Meet and coordinate with team to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements
Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow
Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements
Manage the set-up and configuration of systems
Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process
Requirements: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
With at least 2 years relevant experience (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
With experience in requirements gathering, writing design documents, testing, working directly with end customer.
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks of varying complexities.
Analytical, acceptable comprehension. Able to conduct needs assessments with clients to identify business requirements to translate into functional specs, technical specs and project plans
High attention to detail, critical, communicative, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
