Job Description

Greeting and welcoming visitors;

Assisting or directing clients or visitors with their needs;

Managing and filing documents;

Arranging room to reserve by clients;

Managing and reporting office branch petty cash;

Presenting and/or selling company's products or facilities;

Handling incoming calls on behalf of clients.
A fresh graduate of diploma degree are welcome;

It's also welcome for Senior High School or Vocational School graduate with minimum 1 year working experience in customer service;

Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office is a must;

Advanced verbal and written English skill would be advantageous;

An outgoing and reliable person;

Working placement for Kelapa Gading area;
