Tokenomy are looking for an excellent UI/UX designer who wants to research, analyze and design end-to-end beautiful, intuitive interfaces to drive the next generation of cryptocurrency products and services.
At Tokenomy we believe Blockchain and Cryptocurrency technologies will form a big part of the future of Finance. You will work closely with business and marketing teams to design new cryptocurrency products and services that our customers want.

Tasks and responsibilities :Gather and evaluate user requirements, in collaboration with management and marketing teams.
Address product, marketing and business needs.
Conduct industry research and stay up-to-date on best practices and competitor UI designs.
Manage design libraries and design systems with strict adherence to product branding requirements.
Plan and implement new designs.
Optimise existing user interface designs.
Conduct, observe and analyse usability testing sessions.
Support QA to make sure features are implemented as intended.
Experience with web and mobile app design.
Experience with iOS and Android UI patterns.
Strong knowledge of responsive design.
Strong layout and visual design skills.
Strong knowledge of industry tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, Sketch, Figma.
Strong knowledge of the ideation and creation of UI design deliverables: Sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, lo-fi and hi-fl layouts, clickable prototypes.
5 or more years of UI-UX design work.
Public UI/UX design portfolio spanning web and mobile.
Strong attention to detail.
Proactive, independent working style.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Able to defend design decisions and take on feedback/critique to improve designs.
Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
Candidates with previous working experience of cryptocurrency products and services and/or finance will be preferred but this is not mandatory if you can prove you are ambitious and willing to learn about this new industry.
