  • Promoting AC products under OFA product territory which is consisting of Core products (Z-Tooth, Z-Screw, Z-Turbo, OIS GA+/GA/G ), Quality Air System product, Optimizer 4.0. Energy Recovery units, on potential market segments.
  • Increase Wuxi's products selling ratio (G, ZR/ZT, ZH, AD, MD, F/FX, Filters)
  • Boosting up GA+/GA/ G (OIS) selling in order to reach 40% Market Share (become market leader) through direct and in-direct channels
  • Monthly Reporting to BLM è Funneling of Leads generation, Follow-up, Quote creations, Opportunities, Won Order (stored in C4C), Lost Order, Competitor Info & activities, Customer Share, Quality Issues, Red Flags & Support Needed (if any)
  • To ensure and measure the SE visits ( and saved in C4C) shall be minimum 2 appointments per day which should consist of 2 appointments per month at new customer
  • To improve Hit Ratio of each SE as well as team
  • Generate AIRchitec reports as targeted by supporting iiTrak measurement activities
  • Supervisory MP Sales on preparing and present proposals (technical argumentations), ability to use fluently all calculators provided by Division, customer presentations, webinars (together with Product Mgr, all BDM’s and Marketing support), Promotion programs for MP products, and Closing the deals (pricing, promise delivery, credit terms, commercial terms & conditions) based on BLM’s approvals
  • Leverage Sales Forces in terms of Selling skills, High Impact presentations and other soft skills to improve SE competences
  • In agreement with BLM, to take complete ownership of specific action and/or mission that fits within the yearly action plan
  • Organize progress meeting in order to ensure achievement of months based on yearly target (OR/OI)
  • Keep monitor closely on delivery status
  • Maintain a professional image and attitude at all times through personal actions and initiatives.
  • Enhance division and Company reputation and brand image by consistently working to implement the Company’s core values of commitment, interaction, and innovation.
  • Drive our principles of "First in mind, First in choice


Mission:

To support Business Line Manager in establishing sales and profitability targets, yearly target settings, as well as related action plan in all dimensions (communication, exhibitions, marketing, etc.)


Experience requirements:

  • Experience of product & marketing, within a related industry
  • Good standard of presentation skills
  • Able to build strong & effective working relationships with customers and colleagues
  • In addition, a good knowledge of the compressors industry, and of compressors practices would be advantageous, as well as knowledge of engineering contractors or the engineered products business


Knowledge:

  • Good knowledge of English, both fluency and writing.
  • Working Knowledge of Atlas Copco Products is a plus.
  • Ability to organize and manage the operations in line with "The Way We Do Things" and company policies.
  • Good presentation skills and communication skills.
  • Computer literate: Microsoft Office, Outlook & Lotus Notes, etc.


Educational requirements:

University degree/diploma in Engineering

  • Must be very willing and ready to travel anywhere in Indonesia

  • These skills should be combined with keen interest in the culture and the way of doing business in Indonesia
