Handle operational tasks, such as client's account opening, deposit and withdrawal

Handle all social media channels and make reports

Maintain existing clients and provide best services

Do daily report

Handle complaints

Support the internal team for events, promotions, etc.

Do other supporting duties if needed

Requirement

Max. 30 years old

Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree in Economic, Business Studies/Communication/Administration/Management/Linguistics or equivalent

Required language(s): Indonesian, English (must have good writing, reading, listening and speaking skills), Mandarin will be a plus point

Required skill (s): Exquisite communication skill, Microsoft Office, Excellent English, Indonesian

Can-do attitude, independent, great team player, adaptive
