DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
As site lead / single point of contact to manage below scope services,
General tidiness and cleanliness of the facility (cleaning)
Repair and maintenance of equipment, furniture & fittings (handyman)
Supply and track the use of stationery and pantry supplies
Response to environment & safety issues to be informed to client and providing action plan
Involvement in fit out and refurbishment projects as they relate to facilities management
Liaison with workplace provisioning staff and students in relation to churn coordination, assisting with tasks related to facilities management
Liaison with Site security, including guard services and access control systems
Liaison with Building management for work permits & schedule PPM by LL and JLL
Processing and checking of finance related to facilities management, including preparation of accruals on a monthly basis
Preparing site budget on engineering scope & equipment
Preparing monthly report to be presented to client in regular basis
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
As site lead / single point of contact, must required to have,
Management skills on handling team member, vendor, and clients
Basic finance process (forecast, vendor invoicing, finance tracking)
Facility operation experience (PPM, vendor permits, WMS, SOP hard service & soft service)
Basic engineering skills (on HVAC, lighting, and electrical panel)
Basic knowledge on HSE policy & procedures
Proficient computer skills, including MS Word, excel and outlook
A proactive approach to providing excellence in customer service
Ability to work in a team environment
