Working within our function departments, you would be supporting all of our businesses.


The Key Roles :

  • Assist in the management and organization of the MDs calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, engagements, and daily activities.
  • Manage and coordinate travel for both business and personal arrangements.
  • Organising events and conferences in corporate
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
  • Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and transcribe correspondence from handwritten notes.
  • Coordinate onsite meetings, luncheons, coffees, in-house events.
  • Check all incoming/replacement/completion/entertainment documents that require MD approval.
  • Handling the needs of guests from the region or from other countries and prepare legal documents for expatriates.

Requirements

Bachelor degree from any major Have experience min. 2 years or more Have good communication skills (written and verbal; external and internal) Have good time management. Have ability in handling administration. Extremely detail oriented to ensure accuracy and quality across all tasks. Demonstrate highest level of ethics and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times with all situations and documentation. Must be able to complete tasks thoroughly and accurately, sometimes with little direction. Able to adapt and work well within a team in office (company) and with external parties. Have good computer skills in using MS Office (especially excel/to do data calculations, MS. Word, MS. PPT etc.). Have good English skills (oral & written)
