Job Description

This role will help develop and execute programs to deliver CIMB Niaga personalized product onboarding, acquisition, and experience to create meaningful connections with the brand and deepen client relationships. The specialist will be responsible to create personalization use cases, discuss to the respective Product Owner related to the use cases and priority campaigns. The specialist will partner closely with Decision Management, Product Owners, Acquisition, Marketing, IT, and Finance.

  • Implement personalization initiatives by creating and executing use case of customer journey with decision management as the owner of the platform of personalization
  • Help define and implement CIMB Niaga personalization strategies, aligning with business and customer experience standard
  • Work closely with product owners and its acquisition liaison while also developing consumer journey with channel owner
  • Analyze result and report of the personalization and its effectiveness
  • Work with Regional colleagues to get to know the best practice of personalization implementation in other countries
  • Monitor the use case result and its effectiveness to get to know the competitive landscape and provide insights/analysis to the product owner and channel owner


  • 1-3 years relevant experience working/ project handling in product manager/ electronic channel
  • Conceptual understanding of Digital Marketing, Customer Journey, Consumer Banking Products
  • Strategic thinker, planner and creative problem solving skills
  • Experience analyzing data and compiling insights and recommendations
  • Highly collaborative and flexible/adaptable to different environments and ways of working
  • Exceptional attention to detail
