Job Description

  • Review drawing from consultant (drawing design and calculation) in design process.
  • Coordinate with other departments (Architecture, MEP, Landscape, Interior) in design work.
  • Lead engineer team in design and planning building.
  • Coordinate with Legal Team in permit process.
  • Coordinate with QS Team for tender process and contract
  • Prepare report and involve in design of several inhouse projects.
  • Site coordination with Project Team and Contractor if needed.

Job Requirement

  • Hold Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering
  • Min. 4 years experienced as Structure Engineer in Structure Consultant and 3 years as Assistant Manager in Developer/Property Company.
  • Preferably having experience in High-rise building, mixed-use building and using Geotechnic program (Plaxis) is a must
  • Having knowledge of Structure design, Structure application, Structure calculation.
  • Proficiency: Structure, Geotechnic program (Plaxis), Midas, AutoCAD/Gstar, Ms Office
