Review drawing from consultant (drawing design and calculation) in design process.
Coordinate with other departments (Architecture, MEP, Landscape, Interior) in design work.
Lead engineer team in design and planning building.
Coordinate with Legal Team in permit process.
Coordinate with QS Team for tender process and contract
Prepare report and involve in design of several inhouse projects.
Site coordination with Project Team and Contractor if needed.

Job Requirement

Hold Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering
Min. 4 years experienced as Structure Engineer in Structure Consultant and 3 years as Assistant Manager in Developer/Property Company.
Preferably having experience in High-rise building, mixed-use building and using Geotechnic program (Plaxis) is a must
Having knowledge of Structure design, Structure application, Structure calculation.
Proficiency: Structure, Geotechnic program (Plaxis), Midas, AutoCAD/Gstar, Ms Office
