Working with the Tech Data Sales Team, the Headcount is responsible for providing both sales and technical support. Develop product positioning, competitive differentiation, and enabling sales opportunity through strong engagement to reseller and end user.
Deliver product’s solutions through presentation, hands on, and proposal
Able to pitch product’s value proposition to reseller and end user
Provides pre-sales technical support and deliver deep dive product demonstrations
Liaise and develop relationship with resellers, strategic accounts, and end users
Channel development (resellers enablement and training)
Understand and having experience about enterprise backup software/backup solutions
Knowledge of enterprise solutions and architectures like cloud, containers, virtualization, big data, storage, clustering and high availability
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with ability to articulate complex technology simply
Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems
Self-motivated and flexible
Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed
Minimum S1 (Bachelor) from Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electrical Engineering major. GPA 3.0 and above
Minimum 4 years of experience in pre-sales technical role
Strong communication skills, interpersonal, and presentations skill
Basic/fluent in English
