Title: International Consultant: Strengthening Safe and Friendly Environments for Children to Prevent and Respond to Online Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

The purpose of this assignment is for an international consultant to provide periodic technical support to UNICEF Indonesia and the Ministry of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection (MOWECP). This includes reviewing and refining the theory of change (TOC) and the results framework of the Strengthening Safe and Friendly Environments for Children (SAFE4C) to Prevent and Respond to Online Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (OCSEA) project (Online SAFE4C).During the implementation period of the project, the consultant will support the development of a monitoring instrument, review and propose adjustments to the strategies and approaches, support the drafting of reports and briefs and provide a quality review of the evaluation report.
