The Employer is a rapidly growing, Singapore-based IT company, offering a range of products and services to a wide range of clients in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Insurance, Services, Automotive, Supply Chain, Education and Government sectors. It offers Enterprise Applications, Robotics Process Automation, e-learning Solutions, Business Intelligence, Corporate Performance Management solutions, and Mobile applications. To help spearhead the growth of the company in Indonesia, it is looking to bring on board a dynamic sales professional from the IT products or IT services industry to join the team as:

Position: Business Development Manager – IT Products & Services

Job Code: EXP/BDM/IT-P&S/0921

Location: Indonesia (Work from home)

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for selling the company's products & services to clients in different industry verticals. He/she will identify possible areas where clients may need expertise and set up meetings to pursue the opportunities identified. He/She will be responsible for:

  • Setting up and driving national sales strategies
  • Identifying target markets and clients, and creating business strategies
  • Developing new business through extensive cold calling and direct sales
  • Managing product demonstrations
  • Developing and delivering sales presentations on behalf of the Company
  • Understanding and clearly articulating the company’s value proposition
  • Responsible for qualifying prospects, understanding pain areas
  • Managing the sales process from initiation to closure
  • Keeping updated with market and industry trends, competitors

Requirements

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A diploma / degree from reputed institutions
  • 6 - 8 years of relevant working experience in reputed IT Services / IT Product companies
  • Experience in selling to clients in different industry verticals
  • Experience in selling IT products and/or IT services (such as SaaS, IT consulting)
  • Mixed experience in direct sales and channel sales is preferred
  • Knowledge of verticals, buying cycles and competition
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and corporate presentations. Fluency in English.
  • Ability to work in cross-cultural teams across multiple time zones
  • Independent, self-driven and resourceful
  • High energy level. Positive, "can do" attitude

Salary: Rp13,000,000 - Rp52,000,000 per month
