About the Role This role reports directly to the GoPay Marketing Head to build a strong foundation of overall GoPay penetration through our multiple use cases; i.e. Food & groceries, Transport & logistics, Retail & commerce, Games & entertainment, Bills & Pulsa. This role works closely with the Pod team and other business units within GoTo ecosystem to manage end to end product marketing initiatives to grow monthly transacting users (MTU) through new and retained users with the aim to build GoPay to become the hub of users spend.
What You Will Do
Build, nurture and manage the product marketing team of users spend including coaching and developing existing members and hiring and onboarding new members as needed, focusing on several pillars:
Grow penetration of GoPay both within our own GoTo ecosystem (i.e. Gojek and Tokopedia) and outside of GoTo ecosystem (i.e. offline retail, offline F&B, etc) through end to end marketing efforts covering in-app, online and offline activities.
Understand the users insights, GoPay’s product magic and how to connect the two through robust GTM plan and strategy
Orchestrate concerted strategy and efforts to strengthen GoPay’s brand perception as ubiquitous brand in the heart and mind of users
Work closely with the internal cross-functional leaders, varied from pod leaders, product, partnership, research, business insights, etc to align on strategy and oversee the execution and impact measurement.
Work closely with external partners (i.e. priority partners/merchants) to develop joint marketing activities that are relevant for our users
Manage, control, monitor and optimize Marketing spend as per budget, to achieve OKR efficiently.
Build the team’s capability and grow them into solid product marketing experts
What You Will Need
At least 12 years of overall experience, and minimum 4 years experience in product marketing management, digital marketing, and other related fields.
Strong leadership qualities, be it towards people management as well as thought leadership thinking and presence.
Consumer driven mindset with strong ability to understand user insight and translate them into actionable strategy and plan
Solid data driven analytical thinking to form clear PoV that will inform the overall strategy
Able to roll up sleeves and get down in the trenches as needed
Passionate about building user focus product experience and communication by creating genuine and authentic customer relationships
You’re biased toward action, are a great collaborator and are able to distill complex plans into clear and actionable tasks.
Strong project management and ability to manage multiple campaigns with eyes on details without losing sights of the big picture
You have a track record of driving highly effective marketing campaigns and product changes because you make users’ problems your own
You have a true passion for GoPay’s mission for financial inclusion across Indonesia
Have an interest in fintech and be willing to learn about the industry
