Job Description

In this role, you will perform investigations and conduct interviews on reported/detected cases/complaints related to company security including loss of company properties and business conduct guidelines. To plan and perform internal audits to ensure compliance with security requirements and security standards.
In your new role you will:
  • Perform investigation and collect potential evidence (physical, specimens, documents, photographs, statements, etc).
  • Conduct interviews to obtain information regarding their degree of involvement in a case.
  • Plan and perform an internal audit to ensure compliance with corporate security requirements and security standards TAPA, CTPAT, etc.
  • Record security daily events and any findings of incompliance activity
  • Inspects, and patrols the property to protect property from theft, vandalism, or other incompliance activity.
  • Manage ID badge and key inventory following SOP.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in law, industrial engineering, others
  • Having 1-3 years of experience in auditing and investigation is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office.
  • Ability to speak, read and write well in English and Bahasa language.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail.
