As a Customer Success, you’re going to be responsible for onboarding schools to our school financial management system, TataSkola. You’re going to set up the process and enhance it for better and seamless customer experience, and scale it up. You’re going to need to prepare all the necessary materials, along with our marketing team and product team. Your success is when our school users are properly digitised financially and have access to financing.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Verifying users & onboarding them to the platform
2. Training for users so that they are able to maximise the use of the platform
3. Introduce new features to users to increase value proposition
4. Follow up for platform usage, e.g. increase transactions in the platform
Bachelor degree any major
Min.1 year experience in Telemarketing, Sales Customer Service or related experience, fresh graduate welcome to apply
Must be proactive and innovative, able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule
Can work independently
Domicile in Jabodetabek / West Java / Central Java / East Java area
Competency Requirement:
Strong customer service skills with good knowledge of school management system
Able to identify the customer needs and offers the best way to achieve what the customer wants
Deep understanding of onboarding steps and identify each requirements for user and for the company
Clear communications and easy to follow for users who are not tech savvy
Able to coordinate content creation and produce scripts and videos for scaling operations
Gather feedback from users to improve Tata Skola service
