Responsibilities:

Duties include: Design proposals, training materials, and handling projects ranging from training needs analysis, assessment, data gathering, data analysis, implementation, to reporting
Provide ideas and speak actively to internal (team) or external (clients)
Recognize and act on opportunities that exist and ability to solve current problems independently, in teams, or interacting with external parties
Making changes in own work system or methods to improve work output quality to meet high standards
Build knowledge management by collecting data from various sources such as books, websites, or research results
Use analytical skills and in-depth understanding of data analytics tools to provide insights and recommendations to help with client issues
Improve frameworks, illustrations, and tools on training materials with regular market updates and conceptual thinking

Requirements:

Final year student or fresh graduate from reputable universities
Able to do internship in minimum 6 or 12 months
Have teaching experience as a lab assistant/lecturer will be an added value
Have proven leadership skills by participating in various organizational activities
Have an interest in developing knowledge, skills for self and others
Have a good understanding of business and the Indonesian market
Basic to intermediate skills in operating Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Preferably domicile in Surabaya
