Job Responsibilities

Tanggungjawab Utama
  • Melakukan administrasi pegawai baru di Fungsi Kerja yang
direpresentasikan meliputi memastikan kelengkapan dokumen, melakukan
update ke dalam system HR, mempersiapkan ID Card, Access Card, Finger,
welcome kit
  • Melakukan administrasi benefit pegawai yang berjalan seperti: dana
pensiun, asuransi kesehatan karyawan dan keluarga, serta pengajuan
pinjaman karyawan untuk pegawai di Fungsi Kerja yang direpresentasikan
  • Mengidentifikasi pegawai yang akan mendapatkan penghargaan masa kerja
dan mendistribusikan penghargaan masa kerja ke pegawai yang bersangkutan
untuk pegawai di Fungsi Kerja yang direpresentasikan
  • Mendokumentasikan dokumen pendukung pelaporan Pejabat Eksekutif ke
Bank Indonesia untuk pegawai di Fungsi Kerja yang direpresentasikan
  • Melakukan administrasi pegawai yang mengundurkan diri/pensiun/habis
masa kontrak untuk pegawai di Fungsi Kerja yang direpresentasikan
  • Melakukan administrasi perpanjangan kontrak dan pengangkatan pegawai
tetap untuk pegawai di Fungsi Kerja yang direpresentasikan
  • Melakukan administrasi kepegawaian lainnya yang dibutuhkan untuk
pegawai di Fungsi Kerja yang direpresentasikan
  • Bertugas membantu HR Operations & Mobility Head untuk
memastikan proses kritikal di HR Services tetap berjalan ketika terjadi
krisis.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Ideally at least 1 - 3 years’ experience in HR Operation
  • Experience of administration process
  • Experience of HR policies
  • Excellent relationship and project management skills
  • Experience of using HR databases and other systems

KNOWLEDGE

  • Good working knowledge of the HR requirements

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Strong numerical and advanced analytical and Excel skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively with teams and senior mangers
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both oral and written
  • Self-Starter
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize own work as well as that work of others
  • High level IT skills using MS Office – word, Power point and outlook
