Managing the workloads of the Creative division including the individual timeline
Developing a work schedule to ensure that projects will be completed in a timely manner
Ensuring that the creative briefs are complete and the deliverables are according to the requests
Identifying opportunities to adjust and improve work processes and SOP to increase efficiency
Conducting daily meetings to ensure that staff is aware of deadlines
Preparing daily priority lists, weekly project status reports for the creative team members
Regularly tracking and updating project statuses to related stakeholders/clients
Identifying and communicating potential problems/blockers to project owners and recommending solutions
Working with external resources/vendors that are needed to support projects and preparing project budgeting/reporting
Have at least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Account Manager in the creative/advertising industry
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Have an eye for design is a big plus
Excellent communication skills for cross functional team work
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Verbal and writing skill proficiency is a must, both in Bahasa and English
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-driven and have high ownership
The ability to collaborate & elaborate, take constructive criticism, and seek out and act on feedback, all of which are essential to a good team chemistry
Have a strategic mindset and willing to learn new things
Create animation for all kinds of distribution channels (YouTube, zenius.net, mobile apps, etc.).
