This function will be reporting to the Production Manager and will be based at Firmenich Indonesia – Cileungsi Plant.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor production activities to ensure that safety and regulatory procedures and practices are followed. Keep good housekeeping in the working area

Ensure all SAP data entry, batch sheets, spreadsheets, etc. are promptly and accuracy maintained

Coordinate coverage issues and overtime when required

Assist and train team members in the procedures required to perform their jobs. Coordinate cross training activities when possible

Coordinate activities with Maintenance team, Warehouse team, Quality team and Planer team

Troubleshooting problems related to the working area

Understand the use of scales and the weighing process

Doing manual process on production process, such as with physical

Work in team and can working under pressure

We Value:
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Food Science and/or Technology or Chemistry or Physics or equivalent

Minimum 3 years related experience in a manufacturing environment, preferable

Good attitude, positive mindset, and have good communication skills

Must be Thorough and attentive to details, Organized

Able to multitask and complete multiple requests on time

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Developing analytical skills with problem solving ability

Ability to adapt well to a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office application

Understand the use of scales and the weighing process
