To develop Red Bull performance in Minimarkets, CVS, Supermarkets, Hypermarkets, Local Key Accounts through strategic business partnerships to deliver against our key plans and initiatives and the implementation of agreed merchandising standards. Deliver maximum visibility and availability of Red Bull products. Ensure the perfect execution of defined Perfect Store standards.

Key Account Management

Driving customer engagement with key accounts headquartered through alignment on the business plans, joint business planning leading to in- store execution excellence.

Drive sustainable account growth with the right 5P execution (Assortment/Placement/Planograms/ Branding/Promotions & Pricing)

Execution of store initiatives through alignment of the sales operations

Terms of trade negotiation, business development agreement and co-ordination with regional chain accounts HQ in the area

Build great relationship with regional customers in selected areas in every call by providing first class customers service so all opportunities can be exploited

Negotiate with national and regional customers on any development, implementation, or issues

Work cross functionally with Trade Marketing/ Marketing/ Consumer Collecting/ On Premise in developing business

Distribution Partner Management

Guide the DP & Sub DPs with advise on structural needs & geographic focus for the field sales & merchandiser force

Train DP & Sub DPs field sales & merchandiser forces to sell targeted volume and set-up in-outlet execution standards

Develop & monitor KPIs & incentives for the DP’s sales & merchandiser force

Ensure timely, correct and complete weekly and monthly reporting from DP field sales

Set up a positive business and personal relationship with Distribution Partner, Sub-Distributors in order to ensure the long-term success of Red Bull in the region

Ensure that team secure and improve the in-store presence of the Red Bull brand via implementation of Perfect Store standards.

Promotional execution – ensure desired promotions are in place and running from the first day.

Budget/Internal and External Planning

Manage trade spend budget for any program or event approved by superior, doesn’t allow using budget funds without superior confirmation and evaluate investment ROI

Ensure utilisation of the budgets strictly in line with Red Bull guidelines

Suggest, present and realize annual/quarterly/monthly action plans to ensure sales volume growth on assigned geographical area

Provide the superior manager with any information requested for business plan preparation and strategic decisions

Weekly coordination and report, on work in progress, sales strategy, and key customers activities with NKAM

POSM Management

Control the achievement of Company targets on POS and coolers placement on assigned geographical area by month and by channel

Ensure that each item of Red Bull POSM/coolers being placed to the outlet with the approval by NKAM

Ensure Coolers placement tracking file to be updated monthly and shared with the Regional Red Bull office quarterly

Instruct Distributor/Sub-Distributors on POS and coolers standards in all channels

Ensure proper management, utilization and inventory storage of Red Bull assets/POSM


Your areas of knowledge and expertise

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Management or related field
  • Outstanding sales experience and track record in Consumer Goods industry (MNC and Beverage consumer goods preferred)
  • 3 - 5 years in Key Account Management / Local Key Account Management
  • Strong negotiator, proactive, influcencer, self-motivated
  • Experienced in number analytics, presentation, and training merchandisers/sales force
  • Strong execution and field team management
  • Ability to lead, manage and motivate field team and distribution partners with experience
  • Ability to manage and cultivate good relationships
