Job Description

Solve problems related to:
Networking (Routing Static or Dynamic, Firewall, Filter Rules, NAT, VPN, DNS, Subneting, Load Balancing)

Database Server (Postgresql, MySQL)

Web Server Stack (Nginx, Apache2, Istio-ingressgateway)

Programing Basic (Bash Scripting, PHP)

Operating system (Linux Server & Windows Server)

Alibaba Cloud

Google Cloud Platform (Kubernetes, Cloudsql, CI/CD pipeline)
Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar.

2 years of experience in the related field is required for this position

Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.

In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.

Good knowledge in operating system (Windows & Linux Server)

Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security.

Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support.

Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.

Have a fast pace, good communication skill and customer focus
