What a day at work for you will look like
You will support the Business Development Operations Manager in delivering with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
You will develop and manage marketing campaigns across offline and online channels to establish the brand for property by building the credibility, towards the industry as well as consumers
You will analyze the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports
You will carry out market research in order to keep up to date with market trends
You will effectively negotiates terms and conditions with event venues, partners to meet service expectations, and ensures appropriate expense management
Is this you?
Research experience: A strong experience in gathering and interpreting market and consumer data to make strategic decisions
Creativity: Finding novel, exciting ways to develop a brand and get its message out there can make all the difference to a marketing campaign
Strategic planning: An excellent strategic thinker, able to develop big-picture strategies and develop plans that align with a brand’s goals and objectives
Strong negotiation skills: A proven experience in working closely with distributors and vendors also negotiate terms and rates. Could also be someone who has strong experience in handling budget
Min. 2-4 years of brand/marketing experience in a marketing or related field.
Creativity and the ability to produce innovative and original ideas for marketing campaigns
The ability to manage and allocate budgets
Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
Super energetic positive attitude, strong sense of humor and a hearty appetite for growth
A great team player: Understands there is no “I” in the team. Understands that the team’s success is our own success, and share responsibility when the team experiences difficulties along the way
