Job Description

Jobdesk:
  • As Document Author, create documents using predefined template and formal language in Indonesia and English. Document includes but not limited to QMS Documents, including Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Work Instruction (WKI) and other documents related with Quality Management System. Able to collect required information from relevant parties. Have sufficient experiences to create QMS Documents (or other technical documents).
  • As Document Translator, translate documents (mainly from English to Indonesia) that could be easily understandable. Able to use Translation Application (for example Google Translate) to support business activities. Have sufficient experiences to translate documents from other language to English and from other language to Indonesia.
  • QMS Documents that will be created is in Indonesia and English. Understand the document structure and basic Document Management System. Able to use predefined template in MS Word and able to utilize all necessary functionalities in MS Word, related with document creation.
  • Collect required information for Document creation. These activities include but not limited to collect information from relevant person using interview, observe specific processes and activities and document the processes, collect necessary information from other documents. Basic knowledge of QMS, Document Management System, Manufacturing process and terminology is highly appreciated.
  • Create documents using Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). Fast learner and adaptive is preferable. EDMS has basic functionality to create document template, upload draft document, review and approve document, obsoletion and archiving.
  • Review Document. Able to review the draft document according to document template, correct grammar and vocabulary.
  • Support business activities related with Quality Assurance and Services (QMS) processes.
  • Able to follow direction from supervisor, adhere with timeline and work independently.

Qualification:
  • Bachelor degree (preferably from Engineering related)
  • Fluent in English (Writing and Speaking) is mandatory
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • MS Office related certification will be appreciated
  • ISO 9001:2015 Certification will be highly appreciated
  • QMS and Manufacturing knowledge will be highly appreciated
  • Sufficient experience of Document Creation (QMS Documents or Technical Documents) in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Sufficient experience of Document Translation from other language to English and/ or other language to Bahasa Indonesia
