Job Description

Job and Responsibility :

  • Plan the visual merchandising layout regularly and the floor set executions
  • Deliver simple, efficient and cost-consciousness in planning and implementing presentation solutions
  • Provide fast and profitable solutions under the visual merchandising responsibility
  • Visit our stores periodically to maintain visual standards
  • Assist and provide feedback to stores regarding visual merchandising
  • Discuss across departments in creating store solutions for an easy and convenient shopping experience
  • Develop and coordinate operational plans for product launches, marketing campaigns and major store resets

Requirements:

  • Degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, or Marketing
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising and preferably 1-3 years retail management experience
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Proven ability to train and brief Store Managers
  • Keen eye for aesthetic, visual design and presentation skills
  • Well versed in Adobe Suite and 3D design application (SketchUp, 3DsMax, or related)
