This candidate will be responsible for regulatory reporting submission, reporting validation and control and report analysis before its submitted to stakeholders and regulators and monitoring head office reporting submission.
Responsibilities
Perform regular reporting to Regulator on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
Perform yearly business plan and monitor the business realization on quarterly basis
Handle yearly audit financial statement upon audited by external Auditor
Provide support on Bank Annual report
Prepare all reports as schedule to meet standard reporting by Regional, Local Management and Regulator
Regularly perform analysis on financial statement both Balance Sheet and Profit & Losses
Provide ratio monitoring for Bank’s core indicator performance and proactively inform management upon preliminary any breach to the limit as required by Regulator
Take an active role upon new and/or amendment on Regulation that may impact to Financials and Business activities
Risk & Control all reporting to be submitted timely, accurate and align with Regulation
Ensure reporting process is run smoothly and well coordination among other divisions
Review risk and control as well proactively raise any issue concerned and come up with strategic solution
Handle monthly closing on preparing journal, validation and posting into ledger
Perform validation and control reconciliation between Local Regulatory versus Head Office Financial Statement
Ensure all reporting are documented well with sufficient documentation
Highly involved in system production and well known on the system parameter from reports produced by system
Review, enhance the current reporting process for efficiency and control assessment
Involve in project management/new initiative as assigned
Provide back-up support to other team member as required
Any other tasks as directed by the Manager/supervisor
