Key responsibilities

  • Communication with customers: business onboarding post handover from sales, daily operations, and ownership of business reviews.
  • Drive the delivery of airfreight volume based on the nomination from customer and enable the visibility to the appropriate internal and external stakeholders.
  • Connect with relevant vendors to deliver operational excellence to customers and be the focal/ escalation point between customer service, operations and commercial team.
  • Be the anchor for generating organic volume growth from existing customers and as supporting function to commercial team for new sales development.

We are looking for

  • The proven experience in customer service/ experience function with excellent communication skills, preferably in one or more verticals of lifetyle, retail, FMCG or technology.
  • Obsessive customer centricity mindset with outspoken personality, and comfortable on proposing improvement initiatives.
  • Passionate team player with stakeholder management and collaboration in a matrix environment.
