Providing pre-litigation & litigation support and advice and coordinating litigation cases with external litigators
Reviewing legal notice (somasi) from customers/lawyers on various legal issues and preparing appropriate legal responses to mitigate unwanted legal risks
Coordinating litigation team to accompany staffs during pre-litigation and litigation stages
Arranging, providing recommendation and monitoring the engagement of external litigator including its legal fees and expenses
Developing and maintaining monthly update report on pre-litigation and litigation cases to management and PCA Legal
Supervising and monitoring the delivery of assignments of team member in Litigation
Assisting and supporting PLA ABC officer in discharging his accountabilities set out in Group/PCA ABC Policy by pro-actively assisting line management in identifying and containing ABC risks, reporting potential and actual bribery and corruption, monitoring implementation of the ABC policy, preparing annual ABC risk assessment, conducting ABC training and other ad-hoc project
