Your ‘day to day’
Lead project phases from initial option definitions, feasibility
studies to implementation to achieve timely and accurate project
completion and ensure that projects fully meet PMI requirements and
regulatory standards
Coordinate a multicultural and cross-functional project team, as well
as internal and external resources to guarantee successful project
realization.
Participate to the business justification process by managing scope,
benefit-risk analysis, budget and resource requirements related to
project phases to maintain principles along the life cycle of the
assigned project and to assist management in decision making.
Ensure that project information supplied to management is realistic
with respect to cost and timing in order to avoid financing problems
and delayed completion.
Communicate and develop networking with management , suppliers,
service providers and consultants to ensure that projects rolls out
efficiently.
Address training needs in collaboration with customers and management team to assure project teams' coordination
and performance
Lead resourcing exercises/studies in collaboration with other departments to develop viable options in order to
bring new business opportunities.
Who we’re looking for
Have Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science or Industry-related Discipline, MBA is a plus
Have Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing industry
Have knowledge in Printing Process, and/or Open+ (or similar) knowledge
Equipped with knowledge and skills in applying lean production tools
Familiarity to operate Microsoft Office applications (Excel - with macro capability, PowerPoint, & Word) for professional usage is a must
Fluent in Indonesian and English, both written & spoken
