Job Description

Jakarta Game Operations Intern Job Description
  • Moderate Discord and create a daily summary of the Discord discussion and feedback.
  • Answer community questions and escalate issues as needed.
  • Be part of virtual and community meetups, AMAs, and events.
  • Source feedback from the ecosystem to improve the overall Free Fire esport Community in terms of experience and resources.
  • Track and report on key community metrics to the internal team and stakeholders.
  • Track, report, and follow up on the community builder's online and offline tournament.
Job Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a structured manner.
  • First experience working in community management or moderation would be a Plus.
  • Extremely comfortable in Discord, TikTok, and Instagram
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (French is a plus)
  • Plus: Background or passion for gaming and esports.
