We're looking for a UI Designer who is ready to creating a user-focused design to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients. Here, you will collaborate with the product management and engineering team to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. Moreover, UI Designer will execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. You are expected to conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
Responsibilities:
Gather and evaluate user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers;
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders;
Design user interface components, like menus, tabs, buttons, accordions, information cards, input field, etc.;
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like;
Create original visual assets (e.g. illustrations, icons);
Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, typography, illustrations, icons, and components;
Collaborate on design system development with UI Designer & Developer Team;
Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback;

Bachelor degree in Design, Computer Science or relevant field;
Proven work experience as a UI Designer or similar role;
Portfolio of design projects;
Familiarity with design system;
Up-to-date knowledge of design & wireframe tools like Figma (variants, components, prototype, auto-layout, etc.), Miro, Figjam;
Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders;
