Working in a variety of reporting systems and databases for the creation of recurring reports and dashboards.
Responsible in handling the ATS (Freshteam)
Effectively manage end to end recruitment 3rd party vendor, Act as mediator for any issues with 3rd party vendors and ensure the compliance process.
Support the audit process in the recruitment area by providing relevant information & data, including creating and updating recruitment policies if necessary.
Work closedly with the Talent Acquisition, People Operation, Employer Branding and Stakeholders.
Responsible to ensure all job advertisement updated in all job platform channel.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from any major relevant experience minimum 3 years as a People Operation, HR Operation & Services or HRIS team.
Strong in Ms. Excel Advance and familiar with Google Workspace.
Familiar with ATS and other Recruitment tools
Good in communication skill, compliance and good in analytical thinking.
Independent and proactive
Keep up with recruitment industry trends from analytics, platforms and third-party vendors
Lead a team and drive business process of DPP innitiatives.
Work cross-functionally with Technical PM, Technical analyst and other department to achieveâ¦
