Posts approved job requisitions to the selected channels (e.g. Internal / External Career Portals, External Job Sites, Recruiting Agency).
Determine suitable sourcing by posting job advertisement in internal and external channels, depending on the position to be hired.
Liaise with university's career center or job fair committee for the campus hiring or job fair day.
Prepare the necessary equipment for campus hiring, conduct assessment test for campus hiring. Conduct initial interview and/or schedule interview for candidate (if on the same day with assessment test).
Identifies suitable candidates based on job requisition, within the available sourcing channel e.g. internal employees, past applicants, employee referrals, and invites suitable candidate for job application.
Reviews and screens external applicants through job portals and channels shortlisted candidates to HRBPs.
Initiates further candidate assessment including technical, behavioral, and/or other assessment, administers relevant assessments to the candidate and
records assessment results in Workday.
Performs interview scheduling, coordinating between BU HR Specialist and candidates, and updates interview decision based on HRBPs confirmation.
Initiates reference check as needed by coordinating with candidates to get reference contacts.
Initiates online and social media check as part of the background check for all shortlisted candidates and updates HRBP to review and confirm next steps.
Creates offering proposal for candidates, gain necessary approvals, and extends the offering proposal and negotiates with candidates.
Communicates application status to the candidate and related stakeholders as required.
Records results in Workday with relevant supporting documentation and consult supervisor and HRBP to confirm selection decision.
Initiates medical check for selected candidate and record results in Workday and keeps the HRBP and hiring manager informed of the medical check outcome.
Initiates immigration and work permit related process in case of foreign worker hiring.
Perform all recruitment related activities in line with the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Manage training adminsitration
Job requirement:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology
Minimum 3 years experience as recruitment/HR Operations from manufacture industry are preferred.
Good communication, leadership & managerial skills and has to be passionate in human resources
Good command in English both verbal and written
Willing to be located at Marunda (Jakarta Utara)
