What Will You Do

  • Deliver personalized service via various channels (i.e. calls, emails, chat, social media) related to the customer in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Take a proactive approach to customers when first call resolution cannot be achieved.
  • Handling complaints & enquiries from customer
  • Expected to consistently deliver excellent quality service to customers to achieve total customer satisfaction and solicit customers’ feedback and identify trends for improvement actions.
  • Provide solutions and alternatives based on customer needs.
  • Coordinate with the relevant stakeholders to investigate and respond to customers in a timely manner.
  • Be the voice of the customers. Active to suggest improvements and seek opportunities for innovation in customer service standards, policies, and procedures for the company or department.
  • Keep abreast of developments and changes in products, services, policies, and procedures by attending briefing/meetings and courses.
  • Handling requests from fleet (Shoppers and Drivers)

What Will You Need

  • Fresh graduates or one experience in service welcome to apply.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Able to work in shifting schedule including weekend and public holidays
  • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks under high pressure environment
  • Having passion in service environment
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, in both in Bahasa & English
  • Having handling complaint skills
  • Strong team player
  • Having outstanding problem solving skills
