Job Description

UX Research Manager is responsible on managing the research team so that they can work effectively. You should be able to oversee various projects handled by research team and provide technical guide to maintain the quality of outputs.

1. Maintain research output and outcome quality (incl. researchers' growth)

2. Plan research projects by collaborating with product and design team

3. Manage the research resource allocation

4. Advocate human-centered design principle usage across the company
Between 7-10 years experiences on social research subject (UX research, marketing research, social research, etc.)

Excellent on managing and conducting various type of research projects (quantitative & qualitative), with wide-rage of experiences on foundation/ strategic researches

Comfortable on talking business concepts with business/ marketing team

Minimum 1 year experiences of managing a research team

Comfortable on coaching fellow researchers

Experiences on working with more than 1 stakeholders at one moment

Strong communication and collaboration skills / Able to communicate ideas clearly
