Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Melakukan supervisi & support legal staff dan melakukan analisa hukum terkait Perizinan, HAKI, litigasi
Menunjang penanganan legal litigasi di area
Menunjang aktivitas operasional bisnis perusahaan terkait legalitas perusahaan termasuk pembuatan akta dan pengurusan perizinan perusahaan

Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan S1 Hukum
Minimal pengalaman 4-5 Tahun di bidang FMCG/Law Firm/Manufacturing
Memiliki sertifikasi advokat menjadi nilai tambah
Memahami Hukum Acara Pidana dan Hukum Acara Perdata
Memahami Hukum Perburuhan / Ketenagakerjaan
Memahami Hukum Perlindungan Hak Atas Kekayaan Intelektual
Memiliki kemampuan negosisasi, bekerja dalam tim dan bekerja dengan SOP
