Job Description

Ensuring all members of the legal team work efficiently

Provide legal advice to the business and its leaders

Identifying and mitigating legal risks

Helping to draft, vet, and negotiate contracts

Conducting legal training for staff

Advising on the legal implications of company policies and procedures

Ensuring all contracts, legal documents and templates are up-to-date and compliant with statutory laws

Reporting on legal activities, risks, and litigation
Bachelor’s degree in law (having a master's degree is an advantage)

Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English

Minimum of eight years experience as a corporate lawyer at a reputable private practice firm and/or in-house legal practitioner

Exposure to and/or practical experience in the field of e-commerce, fintech, privacy law, finance, business transaction, and/or intellectual property rights

Excellent legal drafting and writing skills (both in Bahasa Indonesian and English language)

Excellent research, verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to work well within the legal team and internal/external stakeholders
